Shipping Policy 

The delivery companies we use are mainly Royal Mail and DPD.

We aim to dispatch all standard orders within 1 to 2 days.

please note next day deliveries 1-2 working days is not NOT guaranteed.

Luna Crafts Supplier UK cannot held responsibility for orders being delayed due to this .

estimated delivery times are between 2- 3 days we can not be responsible for the delivery companies delay.

Return & exchange policies

Goods damage in transit please ensure your notify us within 48 hours of delivery to the following email address lunacraftsupplieruk.com please attached photos of the faulty or damage products so we can start our investigation.

please keep the product evidence as we will require this to be back to us so we can carry on with our investigation once this is approved we will provide a gift card or refund if necessary. 

 

Refund Policy

We aim to provide the  best customer service to our customers if there is issue with the order we will require some information prior refund.

• we will need photos of the damaged or missing items 
• evidence the product is not fitting all the product description.

once this is evidences are send to us we will send the refund the same or next day of the email confirmation.
